I am convinced that there was an intervention in the game that caused my entire balance to be reset in an abnormal way. Right after this incident, I contacted Betturkey live support. They initially stated that there might have been a transactional error and that they would check the situation, but then they stalled me with evasive explanations. In the end, they told me that unfortunately they could not do anything at that moment and they did not refund my missing balance. I request that the transactions in the relevant time period and the game logs be examined in detail, and that the balance erased by this intervention, namely my ₺3,600, be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible.
