I Want Money Back For Second Subscription. BetterMe App Keeps Glitching


I have a question about my order. I completed the 28-day workout, but it's putting me back to day 15. Is there any way I can reset it? I completed the 28-day chair yoga challenge and want to continue with the next 28-day challenge. Also, you guys charged me for the second month's payment and the sign-up fee again on Saturday, even though I just redownloaded the app that day and it was saying I completed day one. (Please look at my screenshots.) Then on Sunday, it showed I've almost completed the whole month. Let's figure this out, shall we?
