BetterMe App Charged Me Even Though I Can't Use The App...


Hello BetterMe helpers, I have encountered a huge problem. I bought the monthly subscription on the BetterMe website (from a Facebook ad) under the email: attye****@yahoo.com but after using it for some time, I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription, so I went into the app and saw a limited-time offer popup, even though I have an active subscription. I figured that the subscription was already canceled but no, I was wrong, today BetterMe charged me, and it wouldn't even let me use the app, it would only let me buy another subscription. The screenshot below shows today's charge. I want my subscription to be cancelled and today's subscription refunded. Thank you!
