Bestway Spark Wave Snorkels Leak on First Use During Vacation

One week ago, we purchased three Bestway Spark Wave snorkels from Migros for our vacation. We wanted to use the products for the first time in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt; however, all three of them let water in during the very first use. As a result, we were unable to use them at all and could not enjoy viewing the coral reefs. At the same time, we also purchased the Inspira model and experienced no issues with it—this problem occurred only with the Spark Wave snorkels.
We do not have the receipt or invoice with us because we bought the products for our trip and opened them here. Since we are currently abroad, we are also unable to contact Migros or Bestway customer service.
If possible, while we are still here and our inconvenience is ongoing, we ask that you provide a solution that will not leave us feeling dissatisfied. For example, sending three Inspira model snorkels to our hotel would be the fastest and most effective solution for us. We are requesting that the Spark Wave snorkels be replaced with the Inspira model. We kindly ask that our issue be resolved as soon as possible.
