At first they said that we could not change it because the product label was not on it, but I had brought it with me, then they said let's make a one-time exchange, then they said that we could not help directly when they saw that the label inside was cut off, the employees at the Eskişehir Espark- Bershka branch had a lady at the cash register and there was a man with a little long hair tied with his hair, I was there around 13.40-13.50. We always shop with our spouses and friends, but I don't understand why such reasons are sought when we try to change the faulty product, I don't understand why I would take it with me if it didn't have the label on it.
