Beko Washer Tears and Miswashes Clothes




Find out what happened to my Beko washing machine that I bought about 1.5 years ago. Stains, lint, snagging, and rust marks on garments continue despite two drum replacements in the past six months. Even after changing the drums two weeks ago, the machine trembles a lot. The fact that Beko refuses to replace the machine just makes matters worse. The supposed world-class brand's products are of such low quality that they have failed to satisfy their customers and have caused me great distress.

Beko is regret, it is victimization, it is being humiliated with your money. The washing machine I bought 1.5 years ago has been leaving stains on clothes, causing lint, shrinking, and leaving rust stains. Six months ago, the drum and heat pump were replaced, but now the drum shakes while operating. Two weeks ago, after the drum was replaced again, the same problems persist. Despite this, Beko insists on not replacing the machine, failing to ensure customer satisfaction, and causing significant grievances due to the poor quality of their products. Despite my ongoing complaint, the service team keeps coming and claiming there is no issue with the product. Beko, which claims to be a world-renowned local brand, cannot even come close to its corporate competitors in terms of customer satisfaction and product quality.
Despite my complaints about the product continuing, the service says there is no problem with the product.
Beko continues to disgrace itself and is quite persistent in this matter. Even though my warranty period is still ongoing, the Namık Kemal authorized service stated that there is no problem with the product and that they would charge 400 TL if they had to come again. They say there is no problem, but my complaints persist. They stubbornly refuse to replace the product and canceled the record without my consent because I won't pay the fee.
