Beko Dryer Filter Warning Light Keeps Coming On

My product is only 2 months old, and the filter warning light keeps coming on even though I haven't used it 20 times. If the product is set at 3.50, it only runs for 30 minutes and then stops. After a while, it starts on its own, runs for 5 seconds, and stops again. I won't pay for the service of this product; everything is considered user error and not covered by warranty. If the product is malfunctioning after just 20 uses, it won't last a year. Am I supposed to call the service every month? There are so many complaints that haven't been resolved with the same product. There seems to be a problem with the production of this faulty product. Is it not produced by Arcelik? Everything is bad, unresponsive, and problematic. I want a replacement with a new product that works better. Even if you send it to service, I won't pay a single penny for that service. Why should I pay for the service fee for a 2-month-old machine?

You are never able to provide a solution; you just keep saying "service, service." I called the service, and they told me the same things I had already explained over the phone. I already know these things; I called the service with this complaint. There is no other fault detection to be done at home; they said they would take the machine to the factory to be tested and checked there. Why should I send my new machine to be opened up? I paid a fortune for this machine. What good would come from a product that has been sent to and returned from the service? I am requesting a replacement, a refund, or an exchange with another series. Take your machine and have it checked wherever you want. They said the fault couldn't be detected. What is the problem then? Are ghosts coming and turning on the filter warning light by themselves? I paid so much money for this machine in the dead of winter, and now I have to send it to the service? I was happy that I bought a dryer. Where will I dry my clothes in winter? If I could dry them, I wouldn't have bought a dryer. Do I have to wait for your convenience? How can a product that hasn't even been used for six months have a problem? And of course, your service doesn't understand the problem either; that's another issue.
The translation of the text from Turkish to English is: "My problem was never resolved, but I can't keep myself occupied with you any longer. May it be forbidden. I will never buy Beko or Arçelik again, may you never get that money. But I will make you suffer in the courts, watch and see."
