Beko Bmd 20 Microwave Sparks from the Door and Poses a Serious Safety Risk

I bought a red Beko Bmd 20 microwave oven, but the day after I unboxed it, I discovered a significant problem. During its operation, sparks began to emerge from the lower left corner of the door, not from within the oven, but from the exterior. It's baffling that a product with such a serious flaw could make it through quality control and end up in the hands of a customer. This poses a significant safety hazard that could potentially result in a fire or harm. I primarily use Arçelik and Beko for my home appliances, as I have confidence in the brand's dependability. Due to this issue, I would like to request a refund according to the December price list, since the product was bought during the November discount period.
