Beko Factory Refuses to See Faulty Built-in Set 7779420224/-BFC 430 Oven
Beko Built-in Set with the model number 7779420224/Beko-BFC 430 g oven. Unfortunately, it's problematic, and the factory refuses to approve the issue. I've had issues with rust and a bad smell in the oven. Despite having the inside replaced three times, the problem persists – there's still an unpleasant odor and soot inside. I can't cook because the smell contaminates the food, posing a high risk of poisoning. Despite explaining this, the headquarters insists that the soot inside is just steam from cooking. If there were no issues with the product, why would I report it as faulty? Even when I turn on the oven just to heat without cooking, the smoke it produces upon opening the door is strong enough to irritate my eyes and throat. The dealer agrees that it needs replacement, but the factory won't approve it. They told me to file a complaint, so I'm planning to share my complaint on various platforms to expose the company's behavior. Despite insisting that the inside has been replaced and there's no problem, I don't want to risk poisoning. I keep having service visits, but there's no resolution. I'll also share a video of the smoke when I turn it on without anything inside in the evening, making the whole kitchen smell burnt when it's running.
