BDG Game Shows 116 Error and I Cannot Access My Account

I am a user of the BDG game in India, and I am currently unable to access my account due to a persistent “116 error” that appears every time I try to log in. The screen keeps loading and then shows the 116 error, and I cannot enter the game at all. My registered mobile number in the game is 90410891**. Because of this login problem, I cannot access the in‑game purchases I have already made, and I am concerned about the money I spent on the game. This issue has been ongoing for 1 day, and during this time, I have not been able to benefit from the items and services I paid for. I have tried to reach BDG game customer support about this problem, but I have not received any reply so far. I request that my account access issue caused by the 116 error be resolved as soon as possible, and that my previous purchases be fully restored and protected. If there has been any loss or impact on my purchased items or game progress due to this error, I also expect appropriate compensation.
