BDG Game Error 116 User Has Been Locked

My BDG Game account has been locked and I can no longer access my balance. My user ID is 8294460243. There is approximately 1600 INR stuck in this account. After I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked and now, when I try to log in, I see the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked”. I have not been given any clear reason for this lock and I cannot use or withdraw my money. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, unlocked and full access to my funds restored, or that my remaining balance be paid to me without further delay. I expect a clear explanation of why my account was locked and a prompt resolution of this issue.
