I have been an active Badoo user and used to receive many likes from people every day. However, about a month ago, the service suddenly stopped working properly. I no longer receive likes, I cannot see other people’s photos, and although I use the app every day via the Google Chrome web browser, my account is shown as having very low activity. After this problem started, I contacted Badoo customer support and sent them a message with a screenshot explaining the situation. They replied with several suggestions and asked me to try certain steps. I carefully followed all of their instructions, but the problem was not resolved in any way. I wrote back to inform them that nothing had changed and that the service was still not working for me, but after that they stopped replying and I have received no further support. I request that the necessary checks be carried out on my account and that the technical bugs affecting my visibility, likes and ability to see other users’ photos be fixed as soon as possible so that I can use Badoo again normally.
