Badoo Banned My Account Hours After I Bought Premium
About one year ago, I purchased a Premium membership on the Badoo Android app. I bought a one-week package and paid approximately $0 USD. However, just a few hours after the purchase, my account was banned without any explanation, and my access was completely blocked.
Even though I never used offensive, abusive, or inappropriate messages or content within the app, my account was still closed. For this reason, I believe the ban was unjustified. Despite not violating any rules, I was deprived of both my account and the service I had paid for.
I request that Badoo reopen my account, which I believe was unfairly banned.
