If Austrian Airlines canceled your flight last minute and you want hotel or transport support;

• Include receipts/photographs for any out-of-pocket expenses (hotel, taxis/Uber, meals)

Ask them to;

• Confirm that the flight was cancelled by the airline and why it was not replaced/handled at the time
• Reimburse your reasonable costs for hotel, airport transfers, meals, and any urgent transport you needed
• Provide travel vouchers or alternative booking support if you are still en route
• Give you a written confirmation of what they will cover and a timeline for reimbursement
