I Report Atomic Wallet Blocked ETH Transfer To Binance TR; Funds Held

Hello, I transferred 4,748.76 USD worth of ETH from an exchange I invested in to my Atomic Wallet, intending to send it to my Binance TR account. However, the funds were blocked and never reached my Binance TR account. Instead, I received an email stating that half the amount needed to be "matched" for the transaction to proceed, and that I had a 24-hour deadline to do so.

This sudden demand for an additional payment to unlock my own funds is unacceptable and has caused me significant financial distress and confusion. My money is now stuck, and I'm being asked to pay more to access what is rightfully mine. The lack of clear communication or a proper explanation for this "matching" requirement, especially with a strict deadline, adds to my frustration. I urgently demand that Atomic Wallet release my 4,748.76 USD worth of ETH and transfer it to my Binance TR account without any further matching requirements or additional fees.
