If Alamo's tow service left you stuck, call their 24/7 Roadside Assistance line at 1-844-556-4930 (US & Canada) or 1-803-803-4444 if you bought Roadside Plus (RSP) at rental.

As long as you didn't break any of the rules of your rental agreement, they have to help you get a tow or another way to get to where you need to go.

If roadside assistance isn't available or RSP wasn't purchased, confirm your location and call the tow company or local officials to find out where your car is being held. 

Then, let Alamo know so they can arrange for it to be picked up or a replacement vehicle is sent.
