Unauthorized International Transactions on My Debit Card

I noticed that several unauthorized international transactions, about 4–5 times a month, were made using my debit card issued by Akbank. In total, approximately ₺6,000 worth of transactions were carried out without my consent. These occurred while my card was enabled for online purchases, and once I disabled that option, the issue stopped. I tried to contact customer service but received no response. I have receipts and account details for these transactions. I request that Akbank cancel these unauthorized transactions and refund the total amount to my account.
