I Was Misled About Dollar Withdrawal and Unfairly Charged by Akbank

I wanted to make a transaction from my foreign currency account at Akbank. Although the ATM's digital screen displayed both Dollar and Euro options, three different customer service representatives told me I could withdraw foreign currency. Based on this information, I transferred money from my TL account to my foreign currency account. However, the ATM displayed a message saying, "We cannot dispense dollars, please use another ATM." If the transaction wasn’t possible, why did three representatives instruct me to proceed? I now request a refund for the transaction fee and the dollar amount that was withdrawn from my TL account.
