I Was Charged by Akbank After My Credit Card Was Cloned
On March 20, my Akbank credit card was cloned, and a transaction totaling ₺200,000 was made without my authorization. I immediately contacted the bank and had all my cards blocked. However, even after a month, no solution has been offered, and the ₺200,000 transaction has been reflected on my credit card statement. Despite calling multiple times, I haven’t been able to reach anyone who can take responsibility or offer a resolution. The only response I keep receiving is that the transaction is still under investigation. I’m facing serious distress due to the bank’s inadequate security measures.
