Akbank Axess Campaign: Request for Missing ₺500 Discount


I received two SMS messages from Akbank. The first one stated, "Dear Akbank customer, by joining the campaign through Juzdan and spending a total of ₺7450 with Axess until March 15, you can benefit from a special offer: a 3-month, interest-free, ₺5000 cash installment advance between March 20–31." Similarly, the second message said, "Dear Akbank customer, by joining the campaign through Juzdan and spending a total of ₺14,500 with Axess until March 31, you can benefit from a special offer: a 3-month, interest-free, ₺5000 cash installment advance between April 7–11." Despite participating in both campaigns and making the required purchases, no cash advance was ever made available to me. I request that the bank follow up on this issue and provide the promised cash advance as stated in the campaign terms.
