Axess 0% Interest 25,000 Deception! I became an Akbank customer for the first time via mobile and opened a time deposit account. As seen in the attached image and the advertisements Akbank promotes across all social media platforms, they claim to offer a 0% interest 25,000₺ cash advance to first-time Axess cardholders. However, when you receive your credit card, neither the 25,000₺ cash advance limit nor the 0% interest option is available. They make up an unrelated excuse, such as a past loan application with Akbank years ago, claiming this counts as a second interaction with the bank and refusing to provide the cash advance. Instead, the maximum amount you can get is 12,000₺ with a 5% interest rate. The advertised loan campaign has no real basis. Do not apply for Axess!
