Delayed Resolution for ATM Money Jam

On August 11, 2025, while trying to deposit ₺15,000 into an Akbank ATM at Istanbul 4 Levent Metro, I experienced a money jam issue. During the transaction, the ATM took the cash but it was not credited to my account. I immediately contacted customer service, a request was created, and I received an email stating that the issue would be resolved within 3–4 business days. However, even after a week, the money still has not been credited. When I called customer service again, I was told the process could take up to 15 days. My reference number is 80248***. As a pension customer, this situation is causing me serious difficulties. I expect Akbank to provide a faster, customer-oriented solution in such cases. I request that my issue be resolved promptly and the money be credited to my account; otherwise, I will reconsider continuing my relationship with the bank.
