Akbank Took Back the Reward In Cash After Event Completion

Hello, I earned 750 chip-para through Akbank’s invitation event and used it. Normally, once the requirements are met, the chip-para reward is credited to the account. However, this time, it was taken back, claiming that the requirements were not met. Since there were no chip-para left in the account, it appeared as -750 Chip Para, and the amount was automatically deducted in cash from my account. In other words, they took back the chip-para reward they had given me in cash.
