Akbank Took Back My Chip Money Without Informing Me After I Closed My Card
After I closed my card because of the incomplete info given by an Akbank customer rep, I noticed that the chip money I earned from a campaign was taken back from my account. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the representative had mentioned the terms, but I was never made aware that the campaign was still ongoing or that closing the card would stop me from getting any more benefits. It seems like some important details were kept from me, and I definitely wouldn’t have closed the card if I had been aware. This confusion has made me feel misled, and I genuinely hope Akbank steps up to fix this issue fairly and transparently.
