Akbank Refuses to Reset My Credit Limit After Closing My Credit Card
I closed my Akbank credit card and paid off all of my outstanding debt. However, Akbank has not adjusted my credit limit, and the limit is still displayed on a card that I no longer use. They're giving me the argument that they can't lower the limit since the card is closed, which doesn't seem legitimate to me. I believe it is inappropriate to place a limit on a closed account. I request that my restriction be reset as quickly as possible. If this issue is not remedied, I will have to exercise my legal rights to remedy it.
