I have been using the Instamatch 365 gaming and betting website and recently won a total of 125,000 in winnings. On 07/05/2026, I placed a withdrawal request for this amount to my Airtel Payments Bank account. At that time, I contacted customer support to ask about the processing time and was informed that the funds would be processed and credited within 24 hours. Instead of receiving my withdrawal, my Instamatch 365 account was suddenly blocked without any prior warning. When I again contacted customer support, I was told that, according to their system records, my account had been blocked due to “suspicious activities.” I have only been playing games on the platform and I strongly believe this is unfair treatment, especially after I requested to withdraw my legitimate winnings. I request that Instamatch 365 immediately review my account, unblock it, and release and credit my full winning amount of 125,000 to my Airtel Payments Bank account without further delay, or provide a clear, written explanation with evidence if they believe otherwise.
