I have noticed a persistent issue with the Airbnb Android app — I cannot delete my past trips from the “Trips” section. There is no delete button or option available, meaning every trip I have ever taken through Airbnb remains permanently visible in my account history. After testing and checking with other accounts, I realized this is not just an issue with my profile but a general limitation affecting all users on the platform.
I have not yet contacted Airbnb customer service regarding this matter, but it is a frustrating lack of control over my account data. Users should have the ability to manage and remove past bookings from their personal records for privacy and organizational purposes.
I request that Airbnb implement a feature allowing past trips to be deleted and that my own trip history be cleared upon request. This functionality should be standard in a modern travel booking app, and I expect a prompt resolution.
