Agoda Canceled My Booking Without Notice

I made a reservation through Agoda 1.5 months in advance for The Gate Ataşehir Hotel in Istanbul, with check-in on November 2, 2025, and check-out on November 4, 2025. Despite the payment deadline not yet passing, my reservation was canceled on October 30, 2025, without any explanation or prior notice. The canceled reservation number is 5856***59. I tried to contact Agoda customer service to learn the reason, but I only received automated responses, couldn’t reach a real representative, and never got a clear explanation. This has never happened to me before, and I received no support in terms of customer satisfaction. Because my reservation was canceled, all my plans were disrupted, and since the hotel was fully booked, I had to stay elsewhere at a higher price, paying an extra ₺2500. I request that Agoda compensate me for this additional amount to resolve my grievance.

They sent an email with a message like the one here. I replied in English, but they still couldn't find a solution. I still haven't received an answer to my question. I definitely do not recommend it. If you have a problem, you are on your own, don't forget that.
