Even after following these instructions, the withdrawal remains pending for days and is never completed. This issue has been ongoing since 28 May 2026 and has still not been resolved. Each time I try to withdraw my money to my MoMo wallet, I am blocked by the same requirement to deposit more money, and the withdrawal status stays stuck on “pending.” This situation is causing me a lot of stress and makes Africawinbet appear unreliable and unsafe for customers who trust the platform with their funds. There is also no customer support number available, so I have no direct way to reach the company and get proper assistance or an explanation. I request that Africawinbet immediately pay 40,000 GH cedis from my balance to my Vodafone Cash MoMo wallet number 0209849190, which is the mobile money account I use with Africawinbet. I also expect Africawinbet to take my complaint seriously, respond to my concerns, and provide a clear explanation of why my withdrawals have been blocked and kept pending for days, so that this does not happen again either to me or to other users.
