UPI Top Up Failed but Money Not Refunded

I deposited ₹100 via UPI as a top‑up on 91 Club on 16-05-2026. During the process, after I clicked on the “reason” option and cancelled, the money was not returned to me. Almost 7 days have passed and I still have not received my money back. The payment was made through UPI using the ID 9560116***@fam. Despite the top‑up being cancelled, the amount has neither been added to my 91 Club balance nor refunded to my original payment method. I request that my ₹100 be refunded as soon as possible to my UPI ID or the amount be correctly credited to my 91 Club account, and I would like a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
