Money Debited But Not Received
I'm a Union Bank of India customer and on 5 May 2026 and 6 May 2026 I made two online transfers of a total of ₹4,000 from my bank account using PhonePe by scanning a QR code to add money to my account on the 91 Club platform. Although the transaction amount was successfully debited from my Union Bank account, it was never credited to my 91 Club account. When I contacted Union Bank of India about this missing transaction, I was simply told to ask the beneficiary. I then contacted both PhonePe and the 91 Club platform, but I did not receive any effective help or resolution from either of them. As a result, it has now been around one month and my ₹4,000 is still stuck, neither refunded to my account nor credited to my account. I request that this online transfer from 5 May 2026 and 6 May 2026 be urgently investigated and the amount of ₹4,000 be refunded back to my Union Bank of India account, since the money has been debited but the service I paid for was never received. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong and a prompt resolution of this issue without any further delay.
