Deposit Not Received - Rejected

I made a deposit of ₹40,000 on 14 May at around 08:54 PM to my 91 Club account using UPI through my credit card. The amount was successfully deducted from my side and the UPI reference number for this payment is 613474558929. However, in the 91 Club app the deposit status is shown as rejected, even though the money has been taken from my account. I contacted 91 Club through the in‑app support/chat and raised a complaint about this issue, but they keep rejecting my complaint instead of resolving the problem or giving a clear explanation. At the moment I am without my ₹40,000 and also do not see it credited to my 91 Club account. I request that this issue be checked urgently and either the ₹40,000 be credited properly to my 91 Club account or the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
