91 Club Paytm Deposit Failed: ₹25,000 Not Credited or Refunded

I deposited a total of 25,000 INR into my 91 Club account via Paytm, but these payments have still not been credited to my gaming balance and have not been refunded. On 3 August I made deposits totalling 20,000 INR, and on 5 August I deposited a further 5,000 INR to 91 Club through Paytm. All three payments were successfully completed from my Paytm account, and I have transaction proofs, screenshots and reference/UTR numbers for them. Despite this, my 91 Club balance has not increased by these amounts. I have already shared screenshots, video recordings and my Paytm statement clearly showing that the payments were successful and that the money left my Paytm account, but 91 Club keeps rejecting my submissions instead of resolving the issue. Although I have repeatedly contacted them and followed their instructions, I have not received either the game balance or any refund of my money. I request that the total amount of 25,000 INR paid via Paytm to 91 Club on 3 and 5 August, which has not been credited to my gaming account, be fully refunded to my Paytm/bank account without any further delay. I do not accept the money being credited to 91 Club at this stage and only want a complete refund of these failed deposits.
