UPI Deposit Rejected but Balance Not Credited
I made a UPI deposit to my 91 Club account on 22/06/2026 using Paytm, with a transaction reference number 308994007369, for an amount of ₹5,000. The amount has been debited from my Paytm account, but it has not been credited to my 91 Club game account balance. After noticing that the deposit did not reflect, I contacted 91 Club support, and they informed me that the deposit was rejected. However, I have not received a clear explanation or a refund to my original payment method, even though the transaction shows as successful on my side. I request that my ₹5,000 either be credited to my 91 Club account or refunded back to my Paytm UPI as soon as possible, and that I be informed of the reason for the rejection in a clear manner.
