FarmVille 2 Freezes on Windows 11 Without Error Message, Won’t Launch

I’ve been playing FarmVille 2 for nearly 10 years and have always enjoyed it. However, for the past year, the game has stopped opening on my computer (Windows 11). Every time I try to launch it, my computer freezes completely — the game doesn’t display any error messages, it just becomes unresponsive. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, but the problem still persists.

I don’t have a username or customer ID, and I’ve always played the game for free. The issue occurs at all times of the day, without exception. I also can’t access the forums or support pages to send a message for help.

I’m requesting technical assistance from the FarmVille 2 team and would like the game I’ve dedicated years to playing to start working again. Please help me resolve this issue.
