Zurich Traffic Insurance Claim Delay - No Disability Payment After Accident

On July 8, 2023, at around 14:00, I was injured in a traffic accident in Istanbul while traveling as a passenger in a vehicle with license plate 34 **, and I was left with a 3% permanent disability. It was determined that the driver of the other vehicle with license plate 34 ** was fully and primarily at fault for the accident. According to the report issued by the Department of Forensic Medicine at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Faculty of Medicine, I was deemed unfit to work for 180 days, and for 60 of those days, I required a full-time caregiver to meet my daily needs. The mandatory traffic insurance of the at-fault vehicle was provided by Zurich. Despite having no fault in the incident, I submitted a compensation claim through my lawyer to Zurich on July 17, 2025, to cover the damages I suffered and to receive the compensation I am entitled to. However, until now, no response has been given, and no payment has been made. Although my lawyers are following up on the case, the company has not provided any feedback. I request that my compensation be paid without further delay and that Zurich fulfill its responsibility to prevent my grievance from being prolonged.
