Zara Iyzico Unauthorized Charge - Copied Card, No Refund or Info
On 22.11.2025, an unauthorized transaction of ₺6,629 was carried out via Iyzico through Zara Online using my copied card information, without using any of my accounts or personal information. The approval code appearing on the slip of this transaction is 722408. I did not create any order related to this transaction, nor did I give any consent or approval for such a purchase. The moment I noticed this unauthorized transaction, on the same day I lodged a complaint both with Zara and with my bank, clearly stating that my card had been copied and that this spending did not belong to me. Despite this, for ten days Zara has been sending only template messages such as “your file is under review”, without sharing any concrete information or explaining at what stage the process currently stands. All communication is conducted only via WhatsApp, and I cannot reach a phone line or a real contact person to explain my situation in detail. The information on to whom and to which address the product or shipment corresponding to this unauthorized spending was delivered has also not been shared with me, and I have been told that they cannot provide this information. In this situation, the product corresponding to the amount withdrawn from my card without my consent has been delivered to the person committing the cybercrime, while I have been left as the victim and Zara has, by remaining indifferent to this victimization, created the impression of almost becoming a party to this process. I request that the full amount of this unauthorized spending be immediately refunded, that the related order be cancelled, and that I be provided with a clear explanation and an apology for the indifference, non-transparent communication, and non-solution-oriented approach displayed throughout this process.
