Zara Employee Showed Me Harassment and Unprofessional Behavior

I tried on a pair of jeans at your Historia store on Sunday, July 28, around 20:40 in the evening. The product fit me well, but when my 5-year-old son got restless, I left the product on the counter in front of the cabin. 10-15 minutes later, I entered the store again to buy the product. There were jeans on the counter and there were about 5 items on them. In order not to tire out the employees and because of my temperament, I asked the staff member named E*** U**, who was working there, that I wanted to buy the product and if she could help me. Ms. Esra told me that I cannot buy the product when I am in love with it, you cannot buy it now either, even though I told her that I could buy it carefully without dropping it. He opened his eyes and came to me and said don't touch me. I told him that this attitude was not nice. I showed him with my hand that the product was here, but he reacted by opening his eyes and saying "don't touch it". Well, I said, I will do whatever is necessary and to whomever I need to complain. "Who are you threatening?" he laughed. I went to the store manager Ms. E*** and explained the situation, she threatened the employee and said that I said look how I am raiding this store now and that there was too much product on the product and that they were right and I was threatening too.
