Zara Home Refund Delayed After Damaged Return
I purchased an ash wood nightstand with drawers from Zara Home through the Zara app. The item was shipped without any protective packaging, so it arrived broken. I requested a return online, obtained a return label, and sent the product back. According to the shipping records, Zara received my return on May 26.
I paid approximately $194 by credit card. My order number is 5470*06, my return number is 29H67XRDH50G, and my DHL return tracking number is 000276072798001. Even though nearly a month has passed since Zara received the returned item, my refund still has not been credited to my account.
During this time, I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was simply told to keep waiting and that I would receive an update by email. However, no timeframe was provided, and I have still not received any meaningful response. It is frustrating that I returned the damaged product weeks ago but am still having to chase my refund.
I request that my return be processed immediately and that the approximately $194 I paid be refunded without further delay to the same card I used to make the purchase.
