How to Resolve Zara Store Product Delivery Confusion

On October 11, 2025, I purchased a vest from the Zara Sur Yapı store under order number 5394*55. Since the size I wanted was not available in the store, I was told that it would be brought from another branch and delivered by October 14, 2025, at the latest. However, when I went back to the store, I noticed that the exact size I wanted was available, yet I was told, “This isn’t your product,” and it wasn’t handed to me. Moreover, I was asked to buy the same product a second time and then return the previous one later.
I have already paid for the product, and I believe this confusion stems from either the store staff or system mismanagement.
This is the second time I’ve experienced the same issue, and I keep having to go back and forth to the store, which has caused both time loss and travel expenses. If it’s not possible to deliver the product directly from the store, I request that it be sent to my address free of charge. I also expect my inconvenience to be resolved promptly and that Zara take corrective action to prevent similar issues in the future.
