YouTube Kids Affected My Child With Scary Scenes in Cartoons Like Tay and Tom

I thought YouTube Kids would be a safe place for my child to watch videos, but what we found was really concerning. After watching a bunch of cartoons like Tay, Tom, Super Truck, and Twister, my kid got really freaked out and now won’t go into a dark room by themselves, always saying, “I’m scared.” It's surprising how often you see dark forests, ghostly figures, and other creepy stuff in these shows. Even when I block certain videos, I still end up seeing similar stuff in others, which makes it super hard to steer clear of it. I'm pretty worried about how this is affecting emotions. The platform seems to be missing good content filters for what’s suitable for different ages. I relied on YouTube Kids, but this has led to unnecessary stress for both my child and me as a parent.
