Yalla Ludo Account Unban Request

I have been playing Yalla Ludo on the Android app for a long time and recently discovered that my account has been banned. When I try to log in, a message appears saying that my account is blocked until 31.03.2076, and I can no longer access the game. I do not remember my player ID or the exact dates of when this happened, but I have attached a screenshot of the ban message that appears on my screen. I have not contacted Yalla Ludo support before about this issue, so this is my first request. I kindly ask you to review this ban decision, explain clearly why my account was blocked, and unban my account so that I can continue using Yalla Ludo on Android.
