I have been playing Yalla Ludo on my Android phone and recently my game ID was banned without any clear reason. Before the ban, I made in‑game purchases using my ATM card, spending approximately 400 dirham on the game. After this spending, my ID was suddenly banned and I can no longer access my account or use the purchases I paid for. I request that my Yalla Ludo ID be unbanned so that I can regain access to my account and use the content I have already paid for.
