My Yalla Ludo Account Was Permanently Banned by Mistake
I am writing about the permanent ban that has been applied to my Yalla Ludo account. My Yalla Ludo ID is 22464816*** and my account level is 38. Recently, in September 2025, my account was banned with the reason shown as “Unauthorized sale” and the message states that the ban is permanent until the year 2108. I did not sell anything related to my account and I did not engage in any unauthorized sale activity. A friend accessed my account without my permission, and I believe this is the reason for the misunderstanding. I am the real and only legitimate owner of this account. I kindly request that you check the login and IP history of my account to confirm that there was unauthorized access that does not reflect my own actions or intentions. This is my first complaint about this issue. My main request from you is a full unban and complete restoration of my account. I have spent time and effort to reach Level 38 and I did not intentionally violate any rules. I also request that you review my account history in detail and reconsider the decision, as I value fair play and respect the game rules. If you give me one more chance, I will secure my account, change my credentials, and ensure that nobody else can access it in the future. I kindly ask you to review my situation once again and remove the permanent ban so that I can continue using my account.
