I opened a trading account with XM from South Africa and applied for the welcome bonus to start my journey with them. I carefully followed the requirements and submitted all the documents they requested for verification. Despite this, my application for the welcome bonus was rejected. I was not given any clear rejection message or detailed explanation. The only messages I received are the ones in the screenshots I have already shared, and they do not explain properly why my bonus was refused. This situation has left me very frustrated, especially because I provided every document that was needed. My XM account/client ID is 401391713. I kindly request that my case be reviewed in detail, that I receive a clear and specific explanation for the rejection, and that the welcome bonus be granted to my account if I meet the stated conditions. I expect a transparent and fair resolution of this issue as soon as possible.
