Xbox Has Restricted My Account Even Though I Did Nothing Wrong

First of all, I have never used any cheats or game exploits, but my Xbox account has been stuck in limited matchmaking since 22.02.2025, and I can no longer play ranked games. I’m honestly getting tired of this situation. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort building my account, and it’s really discouraging not being able to use it fully. I’ve double-checked all the community guidelines and haven’t violated any of them. I don’t have another account, and it’s been almost a month. I don’t even know what I did wrong, and no one is offering any support. Is there any way I can reach someone from your team or someone who can look into this issue? I kindly request that the ban on my account be lifted. Thank you in advance.
