I Face Twitter X Account Recovery Issue With Lost Phone Number and Password

I am experiencing an issue accessing one of my old Twitter/X accounts and need support. I am using Twitter/X from Pakistan. This account was originally registered with a mobile number that has since been permanently deactivated, and I no longer remember the account password. Because of this, I am unable to log in or complete any verification steps.

It has been about a year since I last accessed this account, and now I cannot open it at all. Since the phone number linked to the account is no longer active, I cannot receive any verification codes. This has completely blocked my ability to recover the account through standard methods.
