I canceled Wow TV, but still got charged—what should I do?

If you canceled WOW TV but were still charged, first check My Account → Subscriptions & Payments → Payment History and confirm the cancellation date and the subscription that generated the charge.

WOW says this can happen if you have another WOW account or if your subscription has a minimum contract period that had not yet ended.

If the charge was made after your cancellation should have taken effect, request a refund through WOW’s refund process and keep your cancellation confirmation and payment receipt.
