• Log in to your WorldRemit account via the app or website and check the status of the transaction in the “My Transfers” section. There you’ll see whether it’s marked as “completed,” “pending,” or “failed.”

• Look for the transaction ID, which is the code that identifies your transfer. You’ll need it for any support inquiry.

• Contact WorldRemit directly through https://www.worldremit.com/en/contact-us.

Select the option “My recipient hasn’t received the money” and include the transaction ID, recipient’s name, amount, and destination country.

• Request a written confirmation of the exact status of the transaction, and ask whether there are any blocks, data errors, or missing documents.

• Inform your recipient to check their bank, mobile wallet, or physical payout location—depending on the chosen method—and to have their ID ready.
