WoT Blitz Support Ignores Player Complaints Regarding Match Rigging and Bias

I have been playing the tank game World of Tanks Blitz through Google for a long time. I believe that players from certain countries and specific clans are openly protected and favored, and that severe unfairness and cheating exist within the scoring and matchmaking systems. The fact that certain players gain abnormal advantages under identical playing conditions, that points are distributed unfairly, and that match outcomes change inexplicably continuously reinforces my suspicions.

This situation has been going on for a very long time and has completely ruined my gaming experience. I have submitted feedback multiple times regarding these unfair practices and suspected cheating, yet I have not received a single line of explanation or any response whatsoever.

To ensure the game is fair, transparent, and played on an equal footing for everyone, I demand a detailed investigation into these allegations of cheating and favoritism. I also request a thorough review and adjustment of the scoring and matchmaking system, along with proper updates to inform players about these matters.
